My love for Sri Lankan flavours began in the warmth of my grandmother’s kitchen. I spent my childhood mesmerized, watching her in the kitchen over a traditional wood fire. The air was always thick and smoky with the scent of roasting spices and fresh curry leaves. The heart of her cooking was the grinding mill which start early in the morning.

Today, I honour her memory by using those same traditional methods. Every jar of Sepali’s Kitchen Artisan Spice Paste is:
